About Lesson

The simple present verb tense is used to express repetition, habits, or generalizations, and is generally referred to as a standard tense.

It is less common to use the simple present to refer to actions that will be scheduled in the near future as well as, in some cases, actions that have already taken place. Therefore, you use this tense to talk about a routine or a fact.
