By using this website and purchasing our courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided
We provide offline French language courses and TEF Canada preparation services, including
video courses, writing corrections, speaking mock tests, study plans, and VIP support.

Fees and Payments

• All fees are charged in USD (United States Dollars).
• Payments must be completed in full before access to materials or services is granted.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• The payment for courses is valid for 14 months

Refunds & Cancellations

• All course fees are non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products.
• Speaking mock tests and private sessions require 72 hours’ cancellation notice.
• Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Intellectual Property

• All materials (videos, texts, resources, corrections, study plans) remain the intellectual property of Ross IELTS Academy.

• Students receive a personal license for private use only.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

•  We provide high-quality instruction and materials, but we cannot guarantee a specific exam score or immigration outcome.
• We are not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.)

Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information is stored securely and used only for communication and course delivery.
• We do not share, sell, or disclose personal data to third parties.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada (Ontario jurisdiction).
