TEF Canada Policies
Clear information about enrollment, course access, feedback services, refunds, and privacy. Please review these policies before purchasing a course or scheduling a service.
Eligibility & payment
Enrollment Policy
- Students must have at least an A2 level in French before enrolling.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- All course fees are listed in United States dollars (USD).
Personal learning license
Course Access
- Self-paced video courses are provided for unlimited personal use by the enrolled student.
- Course materials—including videos, practice questions, podcasts, and downloadable resources—may not be copied, shared, resold, published, or redistributed.
- Login details and course access are personal and may not be shared with another person.

VIP Course Exclusive Benefits
Only students enrolled in the VIP Course receive the following benefits:

Access to a private instructor (instructeur privé) for questions and guidance.

Choose a topic
Students receive a list of TEF-style topics to choose from.

Submit your writing
The completed text is submitted to our team using the provided instructions.

Receive your correction
A complete, readable submission is corrected within 72 hours.
Detailed feedback on grammar, vocabulary, structure, and coherence, plus an estimated level. This estimate is for educational guidance only and is not an official TEF Canada score or certificate.
Live exam practice
Speaking Mock Tests
- After payment, students receive a list of available appointment times.
- The mock test is conducted online through Zoom or Google Meet.
- Each session includes a full speaking simulation and personalized feedback.
- Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed sessions, or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, are considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
Digital products & services
Refund Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Scheduled services, including speaking mock tests and writing corrections, are non-refundable once delivered.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Your information
Privacy
- Student information—including names, email addresses, writing submissions, feedback, and mock-test results—is treated as confidential.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Information is used or shared only as reasonably necessary to deliver and manage our services, or when required by law.
