Enrollment Policy

• Students must have at least an A2 level in French to enroll.
• Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• All course fees are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

Course Access

• Offline video courses are provided for unlimited personal use.
• Materials (videos, practice questions, podcasts, resources) may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

VIP Course Exclusive Benefits

• Only VIP Course students receive:
  *A personalized study plan
  *Access to a private tutor (instructeur privé) for Q&A and guidance.

Writing Corrections

• Students receive a list of topics to choose from.
• Texts are submitted to our team and corrected within 72 hours.
• Corrections include detailed feedback (grammar, vocabulary, structure, coherence) and a level estimate.

Speaking Mock Tests

• After payment, students receive a list of available time slots.
• The test is conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Each session includes a full speaking simulation and personalized feedback.
• Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice are considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Scheduled services (mock tests, writing corrections) are non-refundable once delivered.

Privacy

• Student data (name, email, corrections, test results) is kept confidential.
• We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.
