Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointment availability depends on the times offered when the service is scheduled.

Refunds
- Because our courses and resources are digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Writing corrections, speaking mock tests, and other scheduled or personalized services are non-refundable once delivered.
- Missing or cancelling an appointment does not create a right to a refund where the scheduling rules above apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to you.
