2. About Ross IELTS Academy

Ross IELTS Academy provides online IELTS preparation courses, educational materials, mock tests, writing correction services, educational podcasts, study guidance, and related digital learning resources.

Ross IELTS Academy is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with IELTS, IDP, British Council, Cambridge, or any official IELTS testing body.

3. Course Access and Student Accounts

• After successful payment, students receive access to the purchased course, product, or service.
• Access may be provided through a student account, email instructions, downloadable files, or the course platform.
• Students are responsible for keeping their login details private and secure.
• Account sharing, reselling access, or allowing another person to use your account is not permitted.
• Ross IELTS Academy may restrict, suspend, or remove access if account misuse, sharing, or unauthorized distribution is detected.

4. Payments and Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Payments must be completed before course access, downloadable materials, or services are provided.
• Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party payment providers.
• Ross IELTS Academy is not responsible for additional fees charged by banks, card providers, or currency conversion services.
• Prices, offers, packages, and product availability may change at any time.

5. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Many Ross IELTS Academy products are digital, offline, downloadable, or immediately accessible after purchase. These may include video lessons, worksheets, PDFs, practice materials, podcasts, recordings, or study resources.

• Digital products are for personal study use only.
• Students may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish, distribute, or reproduce course materials.
• Access to downloadable or offline materials may be provided immediately after purchase.
• Downloading or accessing materials does not transfer ownership of the content to the student.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital, offline, and downloadable products, all sales are final once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

• Purchases of digital, offline, and downloadable products are non-refundable.
• Course access, video lessons, downloadable files, educational podcasts, and offline materials are final sale.
• A refund will not be provided because a student changes their mind, does not use the material, or no longer wishes to continue.
• If you experience a technical access issue, please contact us so we can review and help resolve the problem.

7. Speaking Mock Tests

After purchasing a speaking mock test, students may receive available time slots by email. The student must choose from the available options, and then a Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online meeting link may be sent.

• Speaking mock tests are held online.
• Students must be available at the confirmed time.
• Once the mock test time is finalized, changing or rescheduling the date/time is not available unless Ross IELTS Academy approves an exception.
• If a student misses the confirmed session, the session may be considered completed or forfeited.
• The mock test is an educational service and does not guarantee an official IELTS band score.

8. Writing Correction Services

Writing correction services are designed to provide educational feedback on IELTS Writing tasks. Feedback may include comments on task response, coherence and cohesion, vocabulary, grammar, structure, and improvement suggestions.

• Writing feedback is for educational purposes only.
• Estimated band scores, if provided, are not official IELTS scores.
• Students are responsible for submitting the correct task, file, or writing sample.
• Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, service type, or technical issues.

9. IELTS Weakness Diagnosis & Study Plan Sessions

Private diagnosis or study plan sessions are designed to help students understand their weaknesses, priorities, and possible study direction.

• The session provides educational guidance, not an official IELTS assessment.
• Recommendations are based on the information, performance, or examples provided by the student.
• Results and progress depend on the student’s level, consistency, practice, and personal learning process.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Ross IELTS Academy provides IELTS preparation materials, strategies, feedback, and support. However, we do not guarantee a specific IELTS band score, exam result, admission outcome, immigration outcome, or professional result.

Student results depend on many factors, including current level, practice time, consistency, exam conditions, personal performance, and how the student applies the training.

11. Intellectual Property

All Ross IELTS Academy course materials, videos, PDFs, worksheets, lessons, recordings, graphics, website content, and downloadable resources are protected educational content.

• Materials may be used only by the purchaser for personal study.
• Students may not copy, distribute, resell, upload, publish, or share our materials publicly or privately.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in access removal or further action.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, or use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Ross IELTS Academy may update, change, remove, or improve website content, products, services, or pricing at any time.

13. Technical Issues and Support

If you experience technical issues with course access, downloadable materials, payment confirmation, or account access, please contact us at academy@rossielts.ca.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve technical problems. However, users are responsible for having a working internet connection, compatible device, and access to their email/account.
